Fiorella DiCarlo RD, CDN is an Italian born dietitian who incorporates the Principles of Living in Italian for Anti-Aging. She is host of Living in Italian cooking videos and To Eat with Love: Mediterranean by Fiorella. As a media dietitian, she has also appeared on NY1News and in Forbes, Women’s Health and HealthiNation.
She incorporates the benefits of the Mediterranean diet and the 5 Principles of Living in Italian for a more vibrant, youthful and healthy mind, body and soul.
She targets inflammation, gut health, energy and mood to help your body heal itself. Choosing nutrient dense foods to combat aging and lifestyle changes that will help you sustain vitality. Fiorella specializes in the treatment of eating disorders and weight disorders. She is dedicated to researching evidence based anti aging and pre/post operative nutrition therapy.
She graduated with honors and Kappa Omicron Nu with a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science at Hunter College in New York City. She completed her dietetic internship with Hunter College School of Public Health and her clinical training at Lincoln Hospital and Mental Health Center in Bronx, NY. She served as the primary nutritionist at The Renfrew Center New York Day Treatment Program for eating disorders. Fiorella completed postgraduate training (Eating and the Body) at the Women's Therapy Centre Institute as well as a postgraduate certificate from the William Alanson White Institute, Eating Disorders, Compulsions and Addictions (EDCAS) program.
